Had a great stay at the Oyo Honeycroft Lodge! The location is spot on for anyone visiting Brunel University, and the welcoming host made it feel like home. Explore local gems like S E Punjabi Flavours or grab a bite at Gon Sushi nearby for some top-notch eats.
Just a heads up, the TV didn’t have a channel guide which made it tricky to find something good to watch.

The shared kitchen had everything I needed.
My experience was marred by thin walls that allowed for excessive noise from neighbouring rooms. The radiator in my room didn’t work efficiently, making for a rather cold night. the water pressure in the shared bathroom was disappointingly weak, leaving me frustrated during my showers.

arriving here was an absoluteley dreadful experience. the condescending lady told my son to fill out forms for me, as if I couldn’t take care of myself! my room had a thin duvet and a radiator that didn't work. I expected a warm welcome or a better room, but I was sorely disappointed. I just couldn’t.

Several inconveniences came to light during my stay. The shared bathroom was too cold, and the shower pressure was weak, making it less than ideal for refreshing yourself. Noise was an issue, especially from the street at 3:30 a.m., which disrupted my sleep a few times. The floor slab was ultra-thin, making it difficult to ignore the sounds from the kitchen below. the expectation that you'd want to share a bathroom with strangers isn’t exactly comforting. Lastly, the requirement to show ID upon arrival, coupled with a photo, felt unnecessary and a bit intrusive.

Clean room and welcoming host made me feel right at home. The lodge is located just next to Brunel University London, making it easy for exploring the area. The shared kitchen had everything I needed, with a microwave, fridge, and a lovely dining area. I loved that the host made sure the cleaning happened after my night shifts, showing consideration for my schedule. On the downside, the walls were pretty thin, so I could hear noise from the neighbors. Not ideal for light sleepers. The radiator in my room didn’t work efficiently, and the shared bathroom had weak shower pressure. it was a pleasant stay despite a few hiccups.
